Join the Mulroney Institute for light refreshment and exchange with Dr. Kim R. Nossal, scholar of Canadian foreign policy, for a conversation on the state of Canada-US relations in anticipation of his evening presentation of the 2025 Allan J. MacEachen Lecture. The conversation will be hosted by the Mulroney Institute of Government's Steven K. Hudson Chair in Canada-US Relations, Dr. Asa McKercher.
