Offered Through Medavie Blue Cross, StFX provides access to supports 24-7 free for all plan members.
Mental Wellness (Online Resources)
Offered through Manulife we have access to supports 24-7 with no cost. STFX provides this program free for all plan members to assist with individuals and support persons to better understanding mental health issues, prevention, treatment and resources and substance abuse disorders.

STFX Community Members Who Identify as Persons of African Descent
StFX is pleased to highlight free services offered by The Peoples Counseling Clinic (PCC) which provides provide culturally relevant counselling for members of the StFX community who identify as persons of African Descent. Founded and run by Robert Wright, The PCC is a non-profit community based mental health agency based in Halifax. Services will be offered virtually.

StFX Community Members Who Identify as Indigenous
Andrea Currie in partnership with StFX provides culturally relevant counselling for members of the StFX community who identify as Indigenous. Andrea is in Kiknu, StFX’s Indigenous Student Centre on Wednesdays.
