IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.
IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage service requests and knowledge base articles.
