** APRIL 28th, 2025 -  IT Services Helpdesk will be operating remotely until power is restored to the Angus L MacDonald Library, we can still be reached using our regular contact methods.

IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.

IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage service requests and knowledge base articles. To learn more about the services we provide or access our library of articles, click on Service Offerings and Knowledge Library links in the menu on the right or in the “IN THIS SECTION” menu on a mobile device.

 

Academic Applications Review and Requests

Faculty and Lab Instructors who use teaching and learning applications are asked to complete the “Academic App Usage Survey” to ensure their application is available for classroom and student use.

Lab Application Request.  It services will be accepting applications for new applications or version updates to be installed in the mylabapps environment until July 15th 2025.  You can request new or updated software through our Academic Software request form.
