Linsday McVicar is a change management consultant and instructor in the Department of Adult Education at St. Francis Xavier University. In both roles, she specializes in organizational change, leadership development, and adult learning. As a senior consultant with Mariner Innovations, she advises organizations on transformation projects, including initiatives with the Governments of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Linsday holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Adult Education. Her latest publication examines the impact of documentary films on learning in carceral settings.
