Edge Program
In October 2020, StFX launched the Engage, Develop, Grow Your Employability (EDGE) Program to help students registered with the Tramble Centre for Accessible Learning receive tailored career development services, including workshops, one-on-one career coaching, and employment transition supports.
StFX has secured two years of funding to hire a Career Transition and EDGE Coordinator, whose role is to increase the students' self-awareness, career goals, workplace connections and employability in Nova Scotia.
Tramble Centre for Accessible Learning
The Tramble Centre for Accessible Learning (TCAL) plays an integral role in enhancing the accessibility of StFX’s courses, services, and environment by arranging academic accommodation and other kinds of support. Staff are available to meet with enrolled or prospective students to discuss specific accommodations. Students may also access a variety of other services, including training in the use of learning strategies and adaptive technology.

Human Rights and Equity
Human Rights and Equity is dedicated to making StFX an equitable, safe and supportive environment for all members of the University community. This service provides assistance to all members of StFX’s community, including student, staff or faculty members. Human Rights and Equity can provide information on the University's harassment and discrimination policies, employment equity and diversity, and other human rights related issues.

StFX Health and Counselling
StFX Health and Counselling is a medical, counselling and educational facility that is available to all registered part-time and full-time students at StFX. Fully qualified physicians, counsellors and nurses are available daily from Monday to Friday.
