It’s dark and silent. The window in the house glints a little from the Christmas lights. Paul needs money fast. Earlier in the day he got in touch with Rocky Correa, a wanted criminal, to break into the house and steal money from the elderly couple who lives there. He just wants his family to have a nice Christmas.

The Big Little Jesus: A Christmas story.
A call comes into the burglary division while Friday is writing his holiday cards; a statue of the baby Jesus has been stolen from a historic Spanish church. The priest implores Friday and Partner Frank Smith to find the statue before Christmas day mass, the next morning. A charming, poetic story that captures the spirit of the Holidays and pulls at the heartstrings.
