How do I request a copy of my transcript?

How do I request a confirmation of enrolment letter?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Official Confirmation or Enrolment Request.
Where can I have my Canada Pension Plan or external bursary forms completed?
The Registrar's Office is happy to complete the forms for you, we are located on the second floor of Nicholson Tower.
How do I update my home mailing address?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Address Change Request.
How do I change my preferred first name?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Change of Name.
How do I submit a legal name change?
Requests must be accompanied by official documentation such as recently issued birth certificate, passport, Nexus card, or legal change of name documents. Note: a driver's license is not proof of a legal name change.
How do I apply for a course override?
The request form is available on MyData.
How do I apply for a course overload or request permission to take additional credits?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Application for an Overload (Extra Course)
How do I change my degree program?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Application to Change Programs.
What is the process to take a course at another institution and transfer them to my StFX program?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Letter of Permission to Take Course at Another University.
How do I apply for convocation?
Log in to Banner Self-Service and select Student Services and then Apply to Graduate.
Where can I find help with registration?
Students who require assistance with the registration process may email @email including their student ID number and the specifics of the request.
I am a first year student, what courses do I need to register in?

Login to Banner Self-Service, select Student Services, and then select Canadian Tax Forms.
How do I request a parchment replacement?

How do I withdraw from the University?
Proceed to the Services Portal and select Student Withdraw Request.

The course drop dates are available in the Calendar of Events or on the Registrar's Office website.
