The St. Francis Xavier University Hall of Honour was initiated by the Class of 1991 Legacy Committee to recognize those members of the StFX community who have carried on the Xaverian tradition of helping others. The Hall of Honour serves as an inspiration to current students to ensure this StFX tradition continues. The first induction ceremony took place during Homecoming celebrations on September 28, 1991.

Individuals wishing to make a nomination to the Hall of Honour must meet the following requirements before the nomination will appear before the Legacy Committee:
- Provide a detailed description of the efforts, activities and organizations with which the nominee has been affiliated in your Nomination Letter. Also, indicate the reasons why you feel the candidate should be recognized in the Hall of Honour.
- Forward this information along with three to four letters of support.
Your nomination will not be accepted without the appropriate documents.
Nominations will stand for consideration in the year in which they are submitted, and, if a nominee is not selected, the nomination will stand for the following two years.
Deadline for nomination packages is May 1.
